TERMS OF SERVICE
These apply whenever you connect to the server, use this website, or buy something from the store. If you don't agree with them, don't use the service.
Last updated 6 September 2026Who you're dealing with
"MineMatrix", "we" and "us" mean the operators of the Minecraft network at minematrix.lol, its store, and this website. "You" means anyone connecting to any of it.
Contact: [email protected].
Who can play
You must be at least 13 to use our Discord, in line with Discord's own terms. There's no minimum age to play on the server itself, but anyone under 18 needs a parent or guardian's permission to spend money in the store, and the account holder of the payment method is responsible for the charge.
You need a working copy of Minecraft: Java Edition. The server runs in offline mode, which is a configuration choice on our end and doesn't grant you any rights to the game itself.
Your name is your account
Because the server runs in offline mode, Mojang doesn't verify names for us. We identify you by the name you connect with, which has two consequences worth understanding:
- Anything done under your name is treated as done by you, including for punishments.
- If someone else connects using your name, we may not be able to tell the difference. Pick something unusual, and don't be surprised if a common name is already taken.
Where we offer account passwords or pins, keeping them secret is your responsibility. Staff will never ask for one.
How you behave
The server rules form part of these terms. Breaking them can get you muted, kicked, temporarily banned or permanently banned, at staff discretion and in proportion to what happened.
You also agree not to attack the service itself: no DDoS, no attempting to access accounts or systems you don't own, no automated scraping of the server, and no reverse engineering our plugins to build cheats.
Buying things
Store payments are processed by PayNow. Your contract for the payment is with us; PayNow handles the transaction and issues the receipt. Their terms apply to the payment mechanics.
- What you buy is a limited, personal, revocable licence to use a feature, cosmetic or convenience inside our server. You aren't buying property, and nothing you buy has real-world value.
- Purchases can't be transferred, sold, gifted for real money, or refunded into in-game currency.
- Delivery is normally within a few minutes of payment clearing. If it doesn't arrive, see the refund policy.
- We may change, rebalance or retire perks, packages and prices. Where a change materially guts something you recently bought, contact support and we'll sort out something fair.
- Nothing sold gives an unfair combat advantage. If you think something does, tell us — we'd rather fix it than keep the money.
The price shown at checkout is the price you pay, including any tax that applies to your country. Selling digital services from Spain to consumers elsewhere in the EU carries VAT obligations, and those are handled through the store rather than added on afterwards.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us results in a permanent ban from the server and the store until it's withdrawn and any fees are covered. This isn't us being dramatic: disputes cost us money and processor standing, and almost every case would have been solved by an email.
If something went wrong with a purchase, email support first. We've never refused a genuine delivery failure.
Availability, resets and closure
We aim for 24/7 but promise nothing. Maintenance, crashes, attacks and host problems happen. Gamemodes get reset or retired, worlds get wiped, and the network could close entirely. Live uptime is published at status.minematrix.lol.
Planned resets are announced in Discord ahead of time whenever we can. A reset doesn't entitle you to a refund for purchases already delivered — see the refund policy for how we handle it.
Suspension and termination
We can suspend or terminate your access at any time for breaking the rules or these terms. Where it's proportionate we'll warn you first, but serious cases — cheating, doxxing, threats, chargebacks — don't get a warning.
Being banned for breaking the rules doesn't entitle you to a refund on anything you'd already bought.
What you build and say
You keep whatever rights you have in builds you make and messages you send. By putting them on our server you give us permission to store, display and moderate them, and to use screenshots of them to promote the server. We can remove anything that breaks the rules.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". We don't warrant it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Backups exist but are not a guarantee.
Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't legally be excluded. Beyond that, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the six months before the claim.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by any of this.
Mojang and Microsoft
MineMatrix is not an official Minecraft product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios.
The store is operated to comply with Mojang's commercial usage guidelines and the Minecraft EULA. If anything we sell is ever found to conflict with them, the guidelines win and we change the package.
Changes to these terms
We can update these terms. The date at the top changes, and material changes are announced in Discord. Continuing to play after that means you accept the new version.
Governing law
MineMatrix is operated from Spain. These terms are governed by Spanish law, and the Spanish courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
If you're a consumer, none of that takes away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country you actually live in, and you can bring a claim in your own country's courts. Spanish consumers are also covered by the Texto Refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios (RDL 1/2007) and may take a dispute to a Junta Arbitral de Consumo where we agree to arbitration.
