REFUND POLICY

The short version: if you paid and didn't get it, we fix it. If you got it and changed your mind, usually we can't.

Last updated 6 September 2026

Who took the payment

Store payments are processed by PayNow. Your receipt comes from them and carries a transaction ID. That ID is the single most useful thing you can give us — with it, a refund takes minutes.

Didn't arrive, or arrived wrong

Ranks, keys and cosmetics are normally delivered within a few minutes of payment clearing. If yours hasn't appeared, or you got something other than what you paid for, email [email protected] within 14 days of the purchase.

We'll deliver it properly or refund it in full. Include your transaction ID, the in-game name you bought for, and roughly when you paid.

The usual cause is a mistyped in-game name at checkout. We can fix that too, so send the name you meant.

Your right of withdrawal

We sell from Spain, so Spanish and EU consumer law applies. Under RDL 1/2007 you normally get 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase without giving a reason.

Digital content delivered straight away is the documented exception (article 103.m): the right ends once delivery begins, as long as you asked for immediate delivery and were told you'd lose the right. That's what you confirm at checkout.

In practice: if your purchase hasn't been delivered yet, you can withdraw and get everything back. Once it's in your account the statutory right no longer applies, though the sections below often still do.

Consumers living elsewhere in the EU keep the protections of their own country's law.

Changed your mind after delivery

We don't refund delivered virtual items because you stopped playing, didn't like the perk, or quit the gamemode. Once a rank is applied or a key is opened, it can't be un-given in any meaningful way.

Ask before you buy if you're unsure what a package includes. Support will happily explain it.

Someone paid without permission

If a child spent a parent's money, or a payment method was used without the owner's consent, email [email protected]. Once we've confirmed the transaction, we refund it and remove the items from the account it was delivered to. No argument, no ban for the parent.

We'd much rather handle it this way than through a bank dispute.

Refunds after a ban

Purchases aren't refunded when an account is banned for breaking the rules. Buying a rank doesn't buy immunity, and a ban isn't a service failure on our end.

If you believe the ban itself was a mistake, appeal it in Discord. A successful appeal restores your account and everything on it.

Resets, retired modes and closure

Gamemodes get reset and occasionally retired. Ranks and network-wide perks carry across resets, so a wipe isn't a refund event.

If we retire a gamemode you recently bought something specific to, contact support — we'll move you to an equivalent perk elsewhere on the network. If the network closes entirely, undelivered purchases are refunded; delivered ones can't be.

Chargebacks

Opening a chargeback instead of contacting us results in a permanent ban from the server and the store until the dispute is withdrawn and any processor fees are covered.

Every problem this policy covers is faster to solve by email. Use the email.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with "Refund" in the subject line and include:

We reply within two working days. Approved refunds go back through PayNow to the original payment method, and how quickly it lands after that is up to your bank — usually 3 to 10 days.

If we can't agree, Spanish consumers can take it to their regional consumer office (OMIC) or a Junta Arbitral de Consumo. We'd rather settle it by email.
